I'm going with Naruto for a small margin thanks to his versatility and better combat strategy (Yeah, I'm saying that, come at me, but Itachi never fought or surprassed beings remotely close to the ones that Naruto fought, hell, he isn't even close to Obito + Jinchuurikis and Naruto gave them a lot of trouble by himself). His susanoo would be his death sentence, as any Mangekyou Sharingan techniques that he could possibly use, and his body would be his biggest enemy. Many things to consider for this fight, but being honest, the last alive Itachi would be no match for the Six-Paths, he would never be able to stop the Chibaku Tensei without the support that he had from Naruto and Bee. Also, the increased perception of the Sage mode can help fighting genjutsu as Itachi wouldn't be able to hide his position even with his jutsu activated. Still, most of genjutsus that Itachi can delivery are made through eye contact and avoiding that helps a lot and reduces the danger that he poses (Of course he still knows a lot of other genjutsus, but what I'm saying is that they aren't on the same level as his dojutsu techniques). But yeah, Naruto wasn't truly focused in that fight to be honest, and Killer Bee gave Itachi a lot of trouble, even proving that the Bijuu can wake someone up from a genjutsu fast enough to react to an incoming attack, and that's the case with Naruto. No, it isn't, it only have better reaction time, but that's more linked to his precog and sixth sense than to a physical amp itself. Naruto was only trying to talk to Itachi.
